About

Hello, my name is Leang Ngov.

I’m a Deaf Khmerican diaspora repatriating to homeland : Cambodia. I come from the family of refugees who flee from Cambodia after the Pol Pot regime. I am also a mother of three KODAs [Kid of Deaf Adult], making conscious efforts to make sure my children are raised feeling proud of their history and while doing so, I’ve learned to recognize the validity in multiple perspectives. Most of my wanderlust centers around exploration during the rerooting and worldschooling with three KODAs, but you’ll find a lot of reflections in my “Diary” too.

I hope this blog inspires you to explore new places and broaden your perspective. Feel free to leave a comment or follow me on social media!
